We offer Honey Jidosha Website, HJcarbuyers.com, Mobile Website, and applications for mobile and tablet devices (individually and collectively referred to as the Digital Platform). Our Digital Platform provides a unique opportunity for you to meet and connect with buyers, sellers, and visitors, and to obtain information about vehicles listed on the Digital Platform.

Shopping for pre-owned or used vehicles has never been easier. The Digital Platform allows you to learn about us, test drive a car, get vehicle details, discuss trade-ins, or learn about financing deals for your new vehicle.

These terms and conditions (the Terms) govern, set out, and regulate your use of and visit to the Digital Platform on which they are posted and are updated periodically. For the purpose of these Terms, the terms ‘user’, 'you', and ‘your’ shall refer to any natural or legal person(s) who visits the Digital Platform, registers, acts as a buyer or a seller, or uses the Digital Platform in any manner, including browsing its content, posting comments, or responding to advertisements. These terms apply to all visitors or users of the Digital Platform, including car dealers, buyers, sellers, service providers, third-party consultants, car repair shops, and other apps or users that may integrate or connect with Honey Jidosha.

By visiting, navigating, browsing, bidding, entering registration details, using, paying, downloading, commenting, saving, uploading, accessing, or communicating on the Digital Platform, you are automatically considered a user, requiring full and complete acceptance of each provision included in these Terms, as published at the time you access or use the Digital Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Digital Platform (for applications, please uninstall the application from your device).

In addition to these Terms, you will find other policies such as our payment policies, cookie policy, privacy policy, copyright terms/notices, and other legal documents on the Digital Platform (collectively, the Legal Policies) at www.honeyjidosha.ae. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and our Legal Policies at any time, at our sole discretion. You should review these Terms and Legal Policies periodically. Your continued use of the Digital Platform following changes signifies your agreement to the revisions.

ABOUT THE DIGITAL PLATFORM AND WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY

The Digital Platform is a marketplace that enables users to offer, sell, and buy pre-owned cars in various pricing formats and auctions. This includes tenders, auctions, and other services.

Information provided as part of our services, such as vehicle images, prices, shipping details, listings, and sourcing, is for informational purposes only. Vehicle images or graphics may not represent the actual vehicle.

CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES, AND SERVICING

Vehicles are sold "as is," with no guarantees or warranties from Honey Jidosha Motors LLC. Warranty and service contracts provided are with third-party providers. The Company is not responsible for third-party warranty or service contract failures.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration within the laws of the UAE. By using the Digital Platform, you agree to these terms.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Users can request specific car models, buy warranty coverage, obtain service contracts, and request service histories. Offers and deals, financing, and smart tenders are subject to specific terms and conditions.

By using the Digital Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Honey Jidosha aims to provide a comprehensive digital platform for all your vehicle-related needs, ensuring transparency, reliability, and user satisfaction.

Warranty

The Company shall not in any manner be responsible for or liable to any warranty claims whatsoever including claims for rejection of warranties by third parties or resulting from any policy. The User agrees, accepts and acknowledges that it shall not hold the Company liable whatsoever for any requirements imposed by the warranty providers. The User further agrees, accepts and acknowledges that, in an event that the warranty provider refuses, fails or does not provide the User with a policy, the Company, its management or its operational team shall not held liable for any such reason whatsoever.

Service Contract

The Company shall not in any manner whatsoever be responsible nor liable if the third party service provider chooses to reject the contract coverage at anytime for any reason whatsoever.

Service History

Vehicle owners can request a summary of their vehicle’s service history from the original main dealership. The dealership will send the requested service history to the Company or the customer, according to the dealership process. The Company shall not be liable in any manner for any delays caused and you agree and accept that Company does not and cannot guarantee a timeline as to when such information will be provided or if such information is inaccurate. We are not liable in any manner whatsoever if information provided from the dealership is incorrect or if no history is available for the vehicle. We will not offer any refund in such instances.

Financing: Users are required to provide all necessary information in order to ascertain whether they qualify for bank finance. Submitting this information does not in any manner whatsoever guarantee any approval or rejection of any approval from any bank.
